General Questions
I don't know how to use the app
When you first launch the app, an onboarding screen will appear explaining the basic usage. You can also view it again from the settings screen.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on your device and in Apple HealthKit. It is not sent to our servers.
Can I sync data across multiple devices?
If iCloud is enabled, data will be automatically synchronized.
HealthKit Integration
I can't connect to HealthKit
Please try the following:
- Go to iOS "Settings" → "Health" → "Data Access & Devices" and check the app's access permissions
- Make sure all items are turned "On"
- Restart the app
Steps are not displaying
We retrieve step data from HealthKit. Please check that step reading permission is allowed in "Settings" → "Health".
Subscription
I want to cancel my subscription
You can cancel by following these steps:
- Open the iOS "Settings" app
- Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select our app
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Will I be charged if I cancel during the free trial?
No, if you cancel during the 7-day free trial period, no charges will occur at all.
I want to restore my purchase
Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's "Settings". Your purchase will be restored if you're logged in with the same Apple ID.
I want a refund
For refunds on App Store purchases, please contact Apple directly.

Troubleshooting
The app keeps crashing
Please try the following:
- Update the app to the latest version
- Update iOS to the latest version
- Delete and reinstall the app (data is stored in HealthKit, so it won't be lost)
Data is not displaying correctly
Swipe down on the screen to refresh, or restart the app.
