These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") establish the terms of use for the applications provided by Specra (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
The App provides tools to support health management. Main features include:
- Steps and exercise tracking
- Water intake recording
- Calorie and nutrient management
- Weight recording
- Walking route suggestions
- Weather information display
3. Accounts and Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
3.2 Apple ID
Some features of the App (billing, iCloud sync, etc.) require an Apple ID.
4. Subscription
4.1 Plans
The App offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: Auto-renews monthly
- Annual Plan: Auto-renews annually
4.2 Free Trial
A 7-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers. No charges will occur if you cancel during the trial period.
4.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4.4 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription from iOS "Settings" → "Apple ID" → "Subscriptions".
4.5 Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (text, graphics, logos, icons, etc.) belong to the Operator or the Operator's licensors.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited when using the App:
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, or analyzing the App
- Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the App
- Using the App for illegal purposes
- Circumventing or disabling security features of the App
- Interfering with other users' use
7. Medical Disclaimer
Important: The App is a tool to support general health management and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Information in the App is not a substitute for advice from doctors or other healthcare professionals
- If you have health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional
- Do not make medical decisions based on data from the App
8. Disclaimer
8.1 Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Operator does not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or errors.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
9. Data Accuracy
The App retrieves data from Apple HealthKit and other sources. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data.
10. Changes and Termination
10.1 Changes to Terms
The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you within the App.
10.2 Service Termination
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the App without prior notice.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
